RW 307Si - Nr.1.4370
RW 307Si Stainless Steel for Welding
RW 307Si is a high-silicon, fully austenitic stainless steel for welding. It joins manganese, armor, and dissimilar carbon or low-alloy steels. It forms buffer layers and buttering beneath hardfacing when ductile, hot-cracking-resistant weld metal is required. Its silicon addition improves weld-pool fluidity and reduces spatter.
